Bilingual Human Resource Assistant - Partners Personnel

Seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Assistant in Richmond, CA! Position is full time, 100% onsite, work schedule M-F 9am to 5:30pm with a compensation of $20.00 to $25.00/hr. D.O.E.

Overview: HR Assistants work in the human resources departments of mid-sized and large companies to help manage recruitment, benefits administration and record maintenance for the other employees at that business. Their role is to serve as a contact between the HR department and the rest of the organization. HR Assistants sort and update records, dispose of old records properly and contact employees to update their contact information and other key documents.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
• Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
• Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in HR or a related field (bachelors degree preferred)
• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role
• Must be bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to quickly resolve peoples problems
• Familiar with MS Office Suite, database systems and common HR applications
• Ensure finished product meets or exceeds all regulatory, industry, and customer requirements for food safety and quality. Maintain all GFSI, HACCP, food defense systems.
