Position Requirements:

• 5+ years Human Resources experience; preferably in a leadership role
• Extensive experience with recruiting, on-boarding, disciplining employees
• Ability to listen to the team/market to understand retention and employee benefits
• Experience with professional services industry is highly required
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Bilingual is a must
