You are an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in employee relations, payroll, benefits, and California HR labor laws. You excel in a fast-paced work environment and are adept at managing both day-to-day HR operations and multi-state HR regulations. Bilingual in Spanish and English, you have a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive work culture.

This position pays: $43-$45

Location: American Canyon, Ca

What you will be doing:

• Manage payroll processes, including employee benefits, using Paychex and BambooHR.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with California HR labor laws, while researching and applying multi-state regulations.
• Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Provide day-to-day HR support on-site, fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with other HR-related tasks as required.

What you bring:

• Previous experience as an HR Manager, with a focus on employee relations, payroll, and benefits.
• Expertise in HR labor laws and regulations, particularly in California and multi-state environments.
• Experience working in a winery or similar industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Paychex and BambooHR for payroll and HR administration.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site daily in a fast-paced environment.
