Schedule
- Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm Central (Onsite)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including preparing materials for new hire orientation, facilitating new hire orientation, assigning required trainings to new hires and providing tours to new hires
- Schedule and lead required safety and quality trainings for new employees and coordinate annual refresher trainings for all employees
- Manage and maintain the online training systems for safety and quality by assigning courses for new hires and archiving users upon termination
- Manage locker assignments for regular employees, including assigning upon hire and reassigning upon termination
- Manage the lobby area including greeting all visitors, handling deliveries and ensuring sign-in process is completed by each visitor
- Maintain attendance discipline tracking, including monitoring the attendance call-in line and preparing necessary documentation for supervisors
- Respond to verifications of employment and other employment-related inquiries
- Assist in the maintenance of employee recordkeeping in the HRIS
- Assist with planning and execution of company events
- Assist employees with questions on HR-related items, including but not limited to time clock, benefits, payroll, and general inquiries
- Provide administrative support in other areas within the operation as needed
- Provide flexibility in schedule for company events as needed
- Required Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in both English and Spanish
- 1-2 years experience working in an HR function
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Occasionally lift or move office products/supplies up to 20 lbs
