Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role as the first point of contact for our patients. Armed with comprehensive training, you assist patients in navigating the billing process and resolving outstanding balances. Through active listening and empathetic support, you negotiate and collect payments, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Healthcare billing and finance knowledge
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Quick learner with adaptability to new software
