Job Title: Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist Job Description Provide customer order support and product/business information for all customers. Sit at front desk, answering customer questions on the phone and in person. Act as a business representative for the distribution channel. Provide quality customer service and order support for customer base. Process orders using Oracle. Process and review dealer orders and requests and system-generated acknowledgements and orders. Communicate professionally with customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues. Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with outside sales representatives, product personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery. Maintain pricing and run sales reports. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Eugene, Oregon. Work Environment Position will take place in the office next to warehouse. This is a smaller office, working by the front counter.
