Job Description: Bilingual Front Office Receptionist
As a Bilingual Front Office Receptionist in a medical office setting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience and efficient office operations. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing the office calendar, and maintaining clear and effective communication between patients and healthcare providers in both English and Spanish. Your role is vital to the overall success of the healthcare team by delivering excellent service to patients and supporting smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring the medical office calendar is accurately managed and organized.
- Patient Communication: Interact with patients in both English and Spanish to confirm appointments, provide essential instructions, and address any questions related to their visit or needs.
- Coordination with Staff: Collaborate closely with staff professionals to ensure scheduling alignment, reschedule appointments when necessary, and keep all team members informed of changes or updates.
- Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including contact information, appointment details, and any special instructions or requirements.
- Reminder Calls: Conduct reminder calls to patients in both English and Spanish to confirm upcoming appointments and ensure they have all the necessary information for their visit.
- Handling Inquiries: Provide clear, friendly, and helpful responses to patient inquiries in person or over the phone, ensuring all communication is understood in both languages.

Skills and Qualifications:
