Ozzy's Golden Construction Inc., a fast-growing custom home building and remodeling company, is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Construction Management Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing construction projects, making it an ideal opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conduct on-site reviews and manage checklists to track and ensure project progress.
Coordinate project schedules, manage material orders, and perform material take-offs.
Research materials, communicate with subcontractors and suppliers, and follow up on orders.
Support the project team with organizational tasks and maintain accurate project documentation.
Assist in ensuring project milestones are completed on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Must be actively enrolled in a Construction Management or related degree program.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with the team.
