About the Job
Bilingual Customer Service & Inside Sales
Mon - Fri
8am - 5pm
- Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients
- Work with international clients, entering orders & handling questions
- Establish close relationships with clients
- Make sales calls to existing clients
- Must have excellent phone demeanor and email etiquette
- Will primarily utilize phone conversations with clients
- Must be comfortable in a family-oriented small business
- Answer phones, email and other communication
- Basic data entry (orders, inquiries and other communications)
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
**Must be local to Tampa, FL - this is not a remote position**
