About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via email, promptly addressing questions related to orders, product information, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Act as a liaison between customers, retailers, representatives, and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication.
- Generate regular reports on progress, performance metrics, and projections.
- Handle incoming phone calls by providing order details, processing orders, and accepting payments.
- Track shipments, monitor order status, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process product returns, including issuing return labels, managing check-ins, and issuing refunds.
- Use various software tools to document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Communicate regularly with team members and management to identify improvement areas, address recurring issues, and observe emerging trends.
- Support general customer service functions as needed.
- Develop a deep understanding of key client needs and product requirements.
Requirements:
- Prior in-office customer service experience is essential, with B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Must be Bilingual French Canadian speaking
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to quickly learn, retain, and share product knowledge effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach.
- Flexible with job duties, as the small office environment encourages mutual assistance during busy periods.
- SAP experience is beneficial but can be learned on the job.
Additional Details:
- Pay Range: $20-$22/hr, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
- Location: Initial training in-office in Minneapolis for approximately one month, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days remote and 2-3 days in-office, based on performance.
