Bilingual Customer Service (Spanish) - Christian Durand - State Farm Agency

Christian Durand - State Farm Agency, located in Gaithersburg, MD has am immediate openings for a full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative. We are looking talented, caring, professional to join our team. This position is focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer phones and greet clients.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
