Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Answer incoming calls
- Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems
- Process new applications
- Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts
Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Must have own laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks)
- Must have strong internet speed
- Must be able to attend all of training (4 weeks remotely)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
Salary
