Job Summary:
We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues using multiple databases and software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls in English and Spanish, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
- Use databases for lookups, track interactions, and document customer details.
- Handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (call center preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
$15.00/hr
