Responsibilities for our Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Develop relationships directly with the customer by being friendly, courteous, empathetic, and professional
- Provide education to customers on products and services we have to offer through in person interactions
- Guide customers through the enrollment process to ensure their qualifications and eligibility
- Work within a team environment and communicate effectively with both customers and team members
- Answering questions that may arise from customers and report directly to management if unsure
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalency
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, sales, retail, or community relations role is preferred
- Strong desire to help customers
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks and problem-solving
- Engaging and enthusiastic demeanor
- Being bilingual is a plus, but it is not required to qualify for the position
