Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18 per hour.
Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client’s French-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, provide product and service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service our client’s customers.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and foster positive relationships.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Speak fluent French.
- Knowledgeable with SAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s of Arts degree preferred.
