This position is responsible for providing customer service to Knit-Rite, Therafirm, Knit-Rite Direct and Townsend customers.

This position is responsible for providing customer service to Knit-Rite, Therafirm, Knit-Rite Direct and Townsend customers.
Work Schedule:
- 9:30am-6pm Monday- Friday
- Starting 7/22/2024
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive, process and enters orders from customers via phone, fax, mail, e-mail, EDI and FreshDesk
- Handle all inquiries/complaints by investigating, resolving or referring to the appropriate departments.
- Assist Marketing/Sales with program or sales implementations (sales promotions, new product announcements, mailings
- Provide customers information with pricing, promotions, minimums, product availability, etc.
- Maintain and update information i.e., price lists, promotions, product data.
- Provide suggestive sales of products and services
- Investigate all shipping discrepancies and order entry errors with appropriate personnel and follows through on same
- Issue Return Authorizations
- Provide confirmation of fax, web, and email orders
- Route calls to appropriate departments
- Follow-up with outbound calls as requested or needed
- Research return authorizations and billing issues
- Upsell products and services
- All other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
- Education-High School or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years minimum experience
- Computer, Typing, 10 Key skills required
- Fluent Spanish Speaking
