About the Job
TTEC is hiring full-time Bilingual, English – Spanish, Customer Service Representatives to work at our office in Las Vegas, NV . In this role, you’ll answer incoming communications from customers and conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues. If you are fully bilingual, meaning you can hold a professional conversation in both English and Spanish, have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent), are comfortable working on a computer and have at least 6 months of customer service experience, then we are interested in you!
