Job Title: Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Enter and create new customer profiles in SAP.
- Review and process domestic and international customer orders.
- Ensure accuracy of order details including delivery dates, pricing, shipping methods, and payment terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order processing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
