Job Title: Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Enter and create new customer profiles in SAP.
• Review and process domestic and international customer orders.
• Ensure accuracy of order details including delivery dates, pricing, shipping methods, and payment terms.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order processing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
