Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative (Cashier) at Paco’s Taquería, you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your role is key to creating a positive experience from start to finish, and you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing helpful menu information when needed.
• Process payments quickly and accurately, ensuring correct cash handling and transaction processing.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive and helpful approach.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front-of-house area.
• Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.
• Uphold Paco’s Taquería’s commitment to excellence in customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Customer Service-Oriented: A passion for making customers feel welcome and valued.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in taking orders and processing payments is essential.
• Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
Training & Compensation:
• Training Period: 5-7 days depending on experience and learning pace.
• During training, you’ll work 4-hour shifts at $12 per hour.
• After training, start at $14 per hour plus tips.
• Regular performance reviews with opportunities for promotions.
