**Job Details:**
- 100% Remote Position
- Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm (38.75 hours per week)
- Flexible schedules based on business needs; availability between 8am - 8pm EST is required
- 5-week training provided
- Applicants residing in EST and CST time zones considered

**Responsibilities:**
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Handle 50-60 incoming calls daily on various financial topics
- Interpret and implement changes to financial products
- Offer cross-selling opportunities to meet business goals
- Identify customer needs proactively and provide expert advice
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Leverage virtual technology and social media to enhance customer experience
- Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2 years of retail, sales, or hospitality experience
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
- Background and credit check required due to fiduciary guidelines
- Drug test may be required
