Opsource Staffing of Spartanburg is seeking a full time Bilingual CSR – Export Coordinator for a local company located Spartanburg, SC. Must have experience in international exports.

CSR - Export Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CSR Export Coordinator to promote, sell parts, conversions, upgrades, repairs and other mill supply.

Pay: $23 to $28/hr Depending on experience level

Job Type: Full time

Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 1 hour for lunch, may have OT occasionally

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creation of spare parts quotations.
• Creating spare parts documents in SAP
• Tracking and following up on open offers
• Coordination with purchasing, logistics, and technology
• Written and telephone communication in English with internal departments, agents and customers.
• Daily contact with internal departments and branches, as well as customers all over the world (in writing and telephone)
• Coordinating shipping and ensuring the creation of necessary documents
• Creating all transportation documents and invoices for air freight, courier, sea freight and trucks 

Qualifications/Skills:

• Technical or Commercial University
• Experience in processing quotations for capital goods in an industrial environment
• Experience in order processing, export and forwarding worldwide, preparation of certificate of origin as well as L/C and CAD processing is an advantage
• Experience working in an international environment preferred
• Good Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Team player and stress-resistant personality
• Spanish skill is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills, externally as well as internal

Experience:

• International exports- 1 year (Preferred)
• CSR: 2 year (Preferred)
