Bilingual Counter Sales Associate at Express Employment Professionals - Irving (Dallas Metro)

• During a surplus of customers, step in and help provide superior customer service for our clients in the order they arrive.

• All materials should be stocked within 4 hours of being received in the system.

• A put away sheet should be used to ensure system location integrity for stock items.

• Additionally, after receiving sold material in system, you must place items with the correct corresponding sales order.

• When asked by an associate to help pull an order please do so in a timely manner to help ensure superior customer service.

• Transfers must be received within a full working day upon arriving.

• Purchase Orders must be received in full on the date they arrive at Richardson location.

• If a partial shipment is sent by the vendor, we must receive in the system what we physically arrived at the branch.

• Cycle counts are to be completed in a timely manner depending on direction and in collaboration with the Branch Manager.

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.

• Processes daily bank deposits.
