Job Title: Bilingual Collections Representative

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Pay: $20-$24 depending on experience

Location: Irving, TX (Opportunity for Remote work after training)

Job Details:

• Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work

• Conduct fact-finding conversations with individuals to locate collateral information

• Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines

• Skip-trace accounts according to established practices

• Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience of Collections

• Bilingual in English & Spanish

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Passing clerical testing

• An in-person interview

• A clear background check and drug screen
