Qualifications:

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or janitorial industry.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
