- 8:00am to 5:00pm ( 1 hour lunch)
- 8:30am to 5:30pm ( 1 hour lunch)
- 9:00am to 6:00pm ( 1 hour lunch)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently assist customers through both inbound (90%) and outbound (10%) calls while educating them on their options for account resolution
- Develop a trusted relationship with customers, third parties, attorneys, representatives, realtors, etc. to ensure timely handling of all accounts through the collections process
- Maintain detailed document records of all customer communications including payment plans that customers have agreed to and amounts paid via telephone
- Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of solutions according to customer and client needs
- Clearly communicate the progress of accounts and their respective status within the collections pipeline
- Demonstrate exceptional listening skills, while displaying professionalism and empathy for our customers’ individual needs and circumstances

- Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual: Spanish/English
- Prior call center and/ or collector experience

Education
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred,
- Relevant experience may compensate for education

· This is a full-time position operating under standard business hours ( Mondays to Fridays in office - 8am to 5pm / 8:30am to 5:30pm / 9am to 6pm )
