Position Summary
We are seeking full-time Bilingual Call Center Representatives (Spanish/English) to join our New Hire Class starting January 20, 2025! Join our fun and engaging team at our West Valley City, Utah office. Our interactive three-week training is held onsite, where you’ll meet your peers face-to-face. Training includes snacks, raffle prizes, and group exercises! Plus, don’t bring lunch on your first day – we’ll celebrate with a pizza party!
Training Schedule:
Five weeks onsite: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Work Schedule Post-Training:
Onsite: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay and Incentives:
- Base Pay: $20.00/hour
- Bilingual Bonus: Earn additional pay for Spanish/English proficiency each pay period
- Generous incentive opportunities after training completion
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service to customers by handling inbound calls, gathering information, and resolving inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and address customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally and accurately with customers in both Spanish and English.
- Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams for support and camaraderie.
- Reference online manuals and resources to resolve customer questions effectively.
About You
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required – fluent in speaking, reading, and writing.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Available to start January 20, 2025.
- Organized, multitasking skills, and a personable, customer-focused attitude.
