Two positions available one in Atlanta and the other in Charlotte, N.C.

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for working on various types of immigration applications and will help supervise and serve as a legal resource to assigned non-attorney team members. The ideal candidate will have some experience in family and humanitarian immigration law and will have a passion to help as many immigrants without documentation legalize their status as possible. They will be a legal professional who advises and represents clients in relation to their legal rights in immigration services. Responsibilities will include helping to identify types of immigration relief for which clients might be eligible, strategize on how to advocate for clients and resolve immigration questions, review and edit USCIS applications and supporting materials and complete operational tasks as necessary for the legal team to meet legal goals. They want a candidate whi has at least one year legal experience as an attorney. J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and must be an active member in good standing of a state bar, immigration court experience a plus. Bilingual in Spanish required. This is a national firm offering a comprehensive package of benefits that include a 401K. Salary range between $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
