In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our properties. This position offers the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.
Bilingual Assistant Property Manager Required Skills:
- Must Be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Previous experience in property management is required, with a strong understanding of start-to-finish lease processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with residents, prospects, and team members.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Apartment Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
- Proactively attract and educate new prospects about available units and community amenities.
- Investigate and promptly resolve resident complaints and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure all rental units are fully turned and prepared for showing to prospective tenants.
- Serve as a liaison between on-site staff and external contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently.
- Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws and company policies to promote a respectful and inclusive living environment.
- Manage budgets, accounts, rent collections and tenant notices.
