Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM
Description:
Bilingual Administrative Coordinator assists the Manager and Assistant Manager with administrative and secretarial duties; and is responsible for generating and replying to routine correspondence and phone calls as well as taking down messages and transfers. The Administrative Coordinator is also responsible for assisting with obtaining treatment authorizations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
- Must have excellent phone skills.
- 1+ years related experience in an admin/office role in a healthcare preferred.
- Must have STRONG computer skills.
- Must be organized as they will be supporting the director.
