Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
The Bilingual Administrative Assistant is an entry level position that will provide administrative support in functional areas of the Human Resources and Recruitment Department which include on boarding, maintain employees’ records, data entry, reporting, benefits administration and other areas as needed.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Provide daily support to the Human Resources Department.
- Assist with payroll functions including discrepancies research, etc.
- Answers staff questions regarding routine HR questions including but not limited to leaves of absence, recruitment, benefits, etc.
- Data entry input of all necessary payroll/personnel changes to keep HRIS up to date and accurate.
- Maintains HRIS system.
- Complete employment verifications and wage garnishments.
- Perform internal audits to ensure that all employee documentation is collected and maintained according to all applicable rules and regulations.
- Manage the employee badge system.
Recruiting:
- Assist with the recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling tests, and performing background checks including drug testing
- Assists with administration of weekly informational sessions for Event Staff.
- Assists successful candidates with the on boarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating information sessions.
- Welcomes all new hires and follows up with new hires on the first day of work and after the first job assignment.
- Be the main point of contact for new hires answering questions about scheduling, training, uniforms, etc.
- Posts/edits job descriptions on all the job boards.
- Assists hiring managers and interviewees onsite.
- Follows up with candidates during the recruitment process, cancellations, rescheduling, and rejection emails.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Strong proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous Human Resources / Recruiting experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
