Bilingual- Administrative Assistant at Beacon Hill

Our client, a public health management consulting and research organization located in Boston, MA, is seeking a bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese Administrative Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $25 per hour. Qualified and interested individuals are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Job Duties:

• Looking for someone who can come in and review finance documents/files.
• Will be working in the finance and operations department.
• Reviewing all expense reports/documents.
• Making sure all expenses have receipts.
• Checking budget documents
• Checking operations documents.
• Good computer skills.
• Additional administrative duties when needed.
