About the Job
Our client, a public health management consulting and research organization located in Boston, MA, is seeking a bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese Administrative Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $25 per hour. Qualified and interested individuals are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
Job Duties:
- Looking for someone who can come in and review finance documents/files.
- Will be working in the finance and operations department.
- Reviewing all expense reports/documents.
- Making sure all expenses have receipts.
- Checking budget documents
- Checking operations documents.
- Good computer skills.
- Additional administrative duties when needed.
