Bi-lingual (Spanish) Loan Processor - Reliant Home Funding, Inc.

• 3  years of loan processing experience with a mortgage banker, lending company, bank, or credit union is required
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, particularly regarding federal and state regulatory requirements and processing residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional/ Purchase, Refinance) under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all government and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, and communication abilities
• Proficiency with Encompass (LOS), and Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) is required
• Processors with NONQM experience a plus.

• Accurately input loan documentation into the required software systems
• Ensure all loan files, credit packages, and disclosure packages comply with company policies as well as state and federal regulations
• Verify and validate loan documentation, including title insurance, loan applications, appraisals, credit reports, and income and asset statements, and submit them promptly to underwriters for approval
• Act as the primary liaison between title companies, mortgage loan officers/originators, real estate agents, borrowers, and underwriters to facilitate a smooth and timely loan closing process
• Order third-party reports and documentation for home loans, maintain the loan file, and assist in resolving underwriting conditions as required
