We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Bi-lingual Office Manager to oversee the daily operations office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow within our diverse team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks, supporting Human Resources and staff, and maintaining a productive and welcoming work environment.

How you will make a positive impact:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, including production support in D365, correspondence, and filing.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including the preparation of materials and logistics.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Support HR functions, including welcoming new employees and documentation.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense and production reports, and budgeting.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Foster a positive office culture and environment, addressing employee needs and concerns.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, D365 & Teams) and other office management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in basic accounting and HR functions.
