Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative at Micro Tech Staffing Group

Our client in Milford seeks a Customer Service Representative, who is Bi Lingual to support with customer orders (New, Existing, and Returns) for a local machine shop. 
The Customer Service Representative provides support to our customers as well as the inside manufacturing team.  The primary job responsibilities require interface with internal and external customers. The role may involve all aspects of the pre and post sale which may include customer resolution to returned products as well as credits issued to the customers.

Education & Experience 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service background, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
