As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Safety Professional to lead our safety initiatives and uphold our commitment to workplace safety.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Safety Professional to spearhead our company's safety profile. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in construction safety, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and regulations. While 3+ years of experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who demonstrate a strong passion for safety and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide safety training and education for employees at all levels, emphasizing the importance of safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all phases of construction, from planning and design to execution and completion.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety incidents, inspections, and training activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory updates, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• The successfully hired candidate will be BI-LINGUAL in English and Spanish 
• Professional certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, CSP, or CHST are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in construction safety, with a strong understanding of safety principles, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety concerns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to relocate to Southwest Kansas and reside in a fully furnished residence provided by the company.
