Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across BI systems.
• Design and implement BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Assist in data modeling, including defining metrics, dimensions, and hierarchies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Train and support end-users on BI tools and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging BI technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a BI Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with database management systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
