Location: We are seeking a Beverage Admin for Keystone Centre operation in Miami Gardens, FL.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Beverage Administrator/Assistant to join our team at Hard Rock Stadium. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of beverage services at some of the most iconic events, including the Miami Open, Formula 1, Dolphins and UM Football games, and concerts. The ideal candidate will manage bartender schedules, oversee check-ins during events, process payroll, and utilize Excel for administrative tasks. The position requires availability 2 to 3 days a week, with flexible hours to accommodate game days and special events.
- Schedule Management: Create and manage bartender schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for all events.
- Event Check-In: Supervise bartender check-in processes during events to ensure punctuality and readiness.
- Payroll Processing: Accurately track hours worked and submit payroll for all beverage staff in a timely manner.
- Excel & Administrative Tasks: Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage schedules, payroll data, and other beverage-related administrative duties.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the beverage management team to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Problem-Solving: Address staffing or payroll issues efficiently and professionally.
- Compliance: Ensure all beverage operations align with company policies and local regulations.
- Proven experience in scheduling and payroll management, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and analyze data.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with bartenders and management.
- Availability 2 to 3 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the event schedule.
- Familiarity with stadium or large-scale event environments is a plus.
