Title: Benefits Specialist
Location: Hybrid, Northeastern Region
Description:
The Benefits Specialist will assist in various aspects of benefits administration, ensuring smooth operations and support for employees. This role focuses on benefits-related tasks such as invoice management, arrears administration, employee communications, and coordination of meetings. The Benefits Specialist will also provide support for COBRA administration, life insurance claim processing, and other special projects as assigned.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in managing benefits-related tasks such as invoice handling, arrears administration, and COBRA processes.
Strong communication skills to address employee inquiries effectively.
Organizational skills to coordinate meetings and manage project deliverables.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Adept at supporting administrative needs for employee communications and benefit claims.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in benefits administration or a related field.
Familiarity with general benefits procedures and best practices.
Strong multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.
Experience handling life insurance claims or similar processes.
