Benefits Specialist - ITAC Solutions

We have teamed up to assist a Payroll Service company in Mobile, AL. We are seeking an entry-level B enefits Specialist.  This position is responsible for the administration of benefits for participating clients. 401K management experience is preferred. This role is  onsite.

Compensation: $20/hr. 
 
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Manage client benefits; monthly benefit invoices, participation worksheets, renewals, and updating client information.
• Handling electronic 401k submissions, processing eligibility, loans, and setting up accounts, and sending out open enrollment information.
• Answering and assisting employees with questions regarding their benefits, deductions, or accounts.
• Other office functions as required.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 401k Management experience
• 2-3 years of HR administrative support experience
• 1-2 years of benefits experience
