Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Contact clients via phone, text, and email to schedule virtual consultations.
• Virtual Benefit Reviews: Conduct Zoom meetings to assess client needs and recommend customized life, accident, and hospitalization benefits.
• Education & Advocacy: Help members understand their benefits and financial protection options.
• Sales & Underwriting: Present solutions, close sales, and accurately complete policy applications.
• Compliance & Licensing: Maintain all required licenses and adhere to industry regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, managers, and training staff.
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed performance targets.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications:

• No Experience Required: Comprehensive training provided.
• Growth Mindset: Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Already Licensed or Willing to Obtain – No license? No problem! We provide assistance in obtaining a temporary Georgia insurance producer license, allowing you up to 15 months to meet the requirements for a permanent Georgia license while working with our agency.
