Position: Benefits/Recruitment Specialist

Brief Description of Position: Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Benefit/Recruitment Specialist is responsible for compiling, maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and assisting the Director of Human Resources with routine human resources duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree required. Associate degree in Office Systems or related field preferred.
- Three to five years’ experience in an office environment required.
- Human Resources and Payroll experience preferred.
- Colleague-Management Information System experience preferred.
- Applicant Tracking Software experience preferred.
- Must be highly knowledgeable and proficient in the following: M.S. Word, M.S. Excel.
Salary: Hiring Range ($3,185 – 3,451/monthly)
