Unit Description
Sodexo has an exciting opening for a Benefits Manager, Content & Delivery to join our team. This is a remote position; candidates should reside in the Eastern time zone.
This successful candidate will play an integral role in the development of benefits content and communications throughout North America. Working with our third-party vendors to oversee the development and delivery of compelling content and design of our benefits document database.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage third party vendor relationships
- Oversee the development of benefits content
- Manages the enrollment platform
- Draft, edit, review and approve benefits enrollment content
- Work with translation vendors to ensure all materials
- Assess overall benefit material needs, order, monitor inventory
- Manage benefit content projects (i.e. brochures, new hire guides, etc.)
Is this the right opportunity for you? We are looking for candidates who have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Benefits/HR experience
- Marketing/Communications background helpful
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate level skills Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with SharePoint highly desired
