SEEKING TEMPORARY BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR - IMMEDIATE START
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a leader in the agricultural industry in their search for a Temporary Benefits Administrator to manage open enrollment processes for their growing organization.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience with benefits administration and 2+ years of experience managing open enrollment for a similar sized organization.
This position is considered a 2-month contract role with strong opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
Essential Job Duties:
• Administers and assists employees with employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability insurance, retirement / pension plans, and HMO's.
• Oversees all aspects of benefits database and records, including electronic records and set-up in ADP, 1095C's etc.
• Creates, coordinates, compiles, and tracks benefits procedures to initiate benefits.
• Reviews benefit plan documents and ensures consistency and offers recommendations, as needed.
• Administers, directs, & coordinates all aspects of Open Enrollment for 700+ employees who are benefit eligible.
• Establish and implement SOPs and processes for timely benefits administration.
Essential Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration required.
• 2+ years open enrollment support experience is required.
• Associate's degree in related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now or other applicable HRIS experience required.
• SHRM or PHR certifications preferred.
Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:
• Role is onsite in Newport, MN
• Hybrid flexibility available 1 to 2 days per week after initial acclimation period.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday.
• Core business hours are 8 am to 5 pm w/ some flexibility.
• Contract/contract-to-hire opportunity.
