Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21/hr
Position Overview:
As a Benefits Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the administration of employee benefits programs through accurate and timely data entry. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the benefits programs and providing excellent service to the employees.
Responsibilities of the Benefits Coordinator:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update employee benefits information into the HRIS system.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize benefits-related documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Communication: Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs, providing clear and accurate information.
- Support: Assist in the coordination of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Compliance: Ensure all benefits processes comply with company policies and federal regulations.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on benefits enrollment and utilization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to support various benefits initiatives and projects.
Qualifications for the Benefits Coordinator:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Benefits and Open Enrollment.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
