Benefits Analyst at Judge Group

Location: Yuba City, CA
Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Yuba City Area to find a Benefits Analyst for their team. The right candidate needs to have experience in the benefits admin realm of HR and exposure to UKG is a plus! This role does offer an Alternative Work Schedule.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyze benefits administration for the company's manufacturing and corporate locations
• Handle daily benefits processing including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, etc. 
  
• Assist in developing educational benefit and leave content for Company employees
  
• Conducts annual enrollment meetings and trainings as needed
• Develops annual budgets for benefit and payroll departments, communicating and reporting out of these budgets to HR leadership
• Demonstrated knowledge of employee benefits plans and related federal and state regulations 
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment
  
• Provide in-depth benefit presentation for all new hires during the onboarding process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree Preferred
• Experience with Benefit and Payroll Administration
• Experience with UKG is a plus
