- Address and resolve any client inquiries or concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

- Maintain strict adherence to insurance laws and regulations, safeguarding client trust.
- Continuously track performance and pinpoint opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and enhance your skill set.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields in human resources is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
