About the Job
Benefits Dept. Duties
- Basic computer skills working knowledge of outlook, word and excel
- Ability to communicate with benefit carriers and clients both verbal and written in appropriate manner
- Will work with clients and benefit carriers daily in updating and modifying enrollment
- Assist in creating enrollment materials for clients
- Will be responsible for maintaining and processing semimonthly commissions from carriers
- Preferable with a Florida Health / Life license
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in gathering client information for quoting
Work Comp Dept. Duties
- Generating Certificates of Insurance upon request
- Basic computer skills working knowledge of outlook, word and excel
- Ability to communicate with insurance carriers and clients both verbal and written in appropriate manner
- Responsible for gathering reports and data necessary for audits
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
