High-School/Associates: Earn between $23.62 and $27.22 per hour.

Bachelor’s Degree: Earn between $25.04 and $29.90 per hour.

Master’s Degree: Earn between $26.54 and $31.72 per hour.

Your compensation is directly tied to your experience and education level, ensuring fairness and clarity from the start. Additionally, you are guaranteed a minimum of 3% increases every 12 months, reflecting our commitment to your career growth.

Compensation for Travel: At Cortica, we value your time and effort on the road. That’s why we offer compensation for driving time as well as provide mileage reimbursement. Travel with peace of mind knowing that every mile and minute you spend reaching our clients is recognized and rewarded.

Reliable Cancellation Policy & Guaranteed Compensation: Never worry about lost income due to last-minute cancellations. If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, we've got you covered. We will promptly schedule a substitute session for you or provide compensation for engaging in valuable administrative work if no substitute is available. Your commitment to being available during your listed times ensures that you maximize your earning potential, while allowing for flexibility under specific circumstances.
