Job description
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
-Work collaboratively with the individual served and team members, such as the family and Community Support Professionals to develop and implement a Positive Behavior Support Plan in an effort to reduce challenging behavior and teach appropriate replacement behaviors.
- Provides ongoing assessment, program design and monitoring of treatment interventions/data collection as well as direct therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis REQUIRED.
- License and Vehicle REQUIRED.
-At least 1 year experience developing and implementing FBA’s and PBSP’s.
-Licensed Behavior Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred.
-Applied Behavioral Analysis Experience required.
-Completion of Bureau of Autism Services Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) training preferred but not required.
-Experience working with adults with Autism preferred.
-Experience with individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Job Types: Contract, Part-time
Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
